All year (except August, holidays and prefestive)
- From the day of the reservation up to 3 days before check in: no penalty
- Over that period and until the day before check in: penalty of 30% of the total, but not less than the cost of the first night
- On the day of check in or in case of "no show": penalty of 100% of amount of the stay.
In August, holidays and prefestive:
- From the day of the reservation up to 14 days before check in: no penalty
- Over that period and until the seventh day before check in: penalty of 30% of the total, but not less than the cost of the first night
- From the sixth day before check in until the day of arrival or in case of "no show": penalty of 100% of amount of the stay
If in a reservation you book even just a night in August, we apply the August policy.
Cancellations for groups (4 rooms or more):
- To reserve you have to deposit 50% of the total amount, and also provide the credit card details to guarantee your reservation.
-From the day of the reservation up to 60 days before check in: no penality
-Cancellation received from 59 days before to 30 days before check in: penalty of 50% of canceled rooms and/or nights.
- Over that period and until the day of arrival, or in case of "no show": penalty of 100% of the entire amount of the canceled rooms.
You can agree an options and/or different cancellation policies after direct contact and acceptance by the Hotel.
Breakfast from 7:30 am until 10:30 am.
Check-in from 2:00 pm.
Check-out before 11:00 am.
In case you have the check-out after 11:00 am, we reserve the right to charge the cost of an additional stay.
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Diners Club, Maestro, American Express.
In order to confirm your reservation you have to communicate us your credit card's details to guarantee the booking.
The hotel make a pre-authorization on your credit card prior to arrival to verify the validity.
Alternatively, you can book by issue the payment of the full amount at the time of booking.
The guarantees of the stay is required in all cases. In case of cancellation and refund of the amounts due to the Guests, we will provide to refund it, net of bank charges.
The wi-fi is available in public areas and guest rooms.
It is free; so, there isn't refund/reduction in cases of unavailability of internet caused by force majeure.
All offers published and/or communicated from the Hotel are "NON REFUNDABLE" except as otherwise comunicated by Hotel .
